3mm-preprocessed data from the Individual Brain Charting (IBC) project (v2.1)

We present the 3mm-preprocessed version of the Individual Brain Charting dataset – a high spatial-resolution, multi-task, functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging dataset, intended to support the investigation of the functional principles governing cognition in the human brain. The data acquisition from the same 13 participants, in the same environment, allows to obtain in the long run finer cognitive topographies, free from inter-subject and inter-site variability. This version provides data from the four releases (v1.0-v4.0) of the Individual Brain Charting (IBC) dataset, also available on [EBRAINS](https://doi.org/10.25493/SM37-TS4) . The only difference is that the anatomical and functional images have been preprocessed using standard practices. As such, the images are ready for use for any task that aims at analyzing time series (general linear model, connectivity analysis, decoding). In this collection, the data are resampled at 3mm resolution.
