Dataset for: Near critical triggering during compressional failure of nanoporous materials

This dataset supports the findings of the manuscript titled “Near critical triggering during compressional failure of nanoporous materials”, submitted to Geophysical Research Letters. The dataset contains Acoustic Emission (AE) monitoring data collected from 30 rock samples. The data files include the temporal evolution of AE events during the experimental loading process. Data Content: Each file corresponds to one sample and includes two primary columns: Time: The occurrence time of the event (Unit: seconds). Magnitude: The magnitude value calculated based on the Average Signal Level (ASL), utilizing the formula: Magnitude = ASL / 10.
