We explored the impact of transforming growth factor β receptor III (TGFBR3) knockdown on the gene expression in the human pulmonary arterial endothelial cells (hPASMC). Human pulmonary arterial endothelial cells (hPAEC) in P2 were plated in 6-well plates, and transfected with 200nM siRNA to transforming growth factor β receptor III (TGFBR3) (Santa Cruz Biotechnology) or Scrambled control (Ambion). Total RNA was extracted at 24h timepoint with peqGOLD TOTAL RNA Kit (VWR).
