资源简介:
This dataset was generated for an applied research study examining the impact of wage structure on employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention in the textile manufacturing sector in central Thailand. It includes anonymized survey responses from 1,110 employees across various roles and demographic profiles. The data were collected using a structured Likert-scale questionnaire designed to capture perceptions of compensation fairness, career advancement opportunities, recognition, and intentions to retain. The dataset supports correlational analysis, including reliability testing, regression models, and variance explained (R²) statistics. It was used to identify strategic HR priorities and organizational risk related to workforce engagement and compensation systems. All personally identifiable information has been removed. This dataset is suitable for secondary analysis in labor economics, applied HR research, and organizational psychology.
