Interpretability of linear regression models of glassy dynamics

This dataset is associated with "Interpretability of linear regression models of glassy dynamics" by A. Sharma, C. Liu, M. Ozawa, and D. Coslovich [https://arxiv.org/abs/2508.15933]. It includes data and workflow to reproduce the analysis and the manuscript's figures. To reproduce the figures, download and extract the package interpretability_sharma.tar.gz, then execute ./make setup./make all This will recreate the figures under figures/ and the tables under tables/. If the setup fails because of missing dependencies, read the file project document below and check the requirements, or download the docker image interpretability_sharma-docker.tar.gz and run the same commands within a container. If the command fails because of issues with LaTeX, execute LATEX=false ./make all To reproduce the entire analysis, remove the pantarei cache and run the workflow again rm -rf .pantarei./make all This will take a couple of hours in total on a laptop.
