Paleogenetic study of Early and Middle Neolithic humans from the Paris Basin (France)

Here, we provided paleogenomic data from human samples from the Paris Basin (France). The individuals date back to the Early (5100 BCE - 4800 BCE) and Middle Neolithic (4800 BCE - 4000 BCE). They have been found in 7 different archeological sites : Balloy-les-Réaudins, Gron-les-Sablons, Marolles-sur-Seine (lesCarrières-et les-Taupes), Orville-les-Fiefs, Passy-la-Sablonnière, Vignely-la-Porte-aux-bergers. The Middle Neolithic samples belong to the Cerny chrono-cultural context.
