This repository provides the data and code supporting the results in the manuscript “Diffusion in Two-dimensional Hyperuniform Medium.” It includes (i) simulation and analysis scripts for Brownian diffusion in two-dimensional obstacle media, and (ii) processed datasets used to generate all figures in the main text and Supplemental Material. The code package includes: Scripts to compute mean-squared displacement (MSD) and related transport observables. Trajectory (trajectory/“traj”) processing utilities for reading, filtering, and post-processing particle trajectories. Unsupervised clustering tools based on HDBSCAN for identifying dynamical regimes/transition boundaries (when applicable). Generators for obstacle patterns, including periodic lattices, RSA-generated hyperuniform structures with tunable hyperuniformity index β\betaβ, and Poisson random patterns. The main simulation algorithm(s) and parameter files used in the study. The data package includes: Plain-text (.txt) datasets underlying all plots (e.g., MSD curves, Deff/D0D_{\mathrm{eff}}/D_0Deff/D0, phase-diagram grids, and β\betaβ characterization results). Representative obstacle configurations for lattice, hyperuniform, and random media (including multiple densities and β\betaβ values). Representative particle trajectories illustrating free diffusion, hopping transport, and trapped states. All contents are provided to facilitate reproducibility and further use by specialists.
