We report insulin secretion defects in SRSF2 Ins2-Cre mice, in which SRSF2 is ablated in pancreatic β cells. The control and SRSF2 Ins2-Cre gene in pancreatic β cells mRNA profiles were generated by deep sequencing, using Illumina novaseq 6000.
