AKI is a common clinical condition associated with the risk of developing chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage kidney disease (ESKD). Dysfunction in energy metabolism is a critical contributor to the pathogenesis of AKI. mRNA-seq of LPS-stimulated primary renal tubular cells(PRTCs) and FRC-Exos treated PRTCs were performed.
