Dataset of Accelerometer-Derived Features For Predicting Gait and Timed Up and Go Time Using Foot-Tapping Test and Accelerometer

This dataset supports the manuscript titled "Predicting Gait and Timed Up and Go Time Using Foot-Tapping Test and Accelerometer", submitted to Physiological Measurement. It contains age, sex, gait time, Timed Up and Go (TUG) time, and accelerometer-derived features from 30-second unilateral foot-tapping trials recorded from 78 participants. The accelerometer features were extracted from the time, frequency, and time-frequency domains and were grouped into four categories: event-based, statistical, frequency-domain, and time-frequency-domain features. Further details are provided in Table 1 of the manuscript. Separate datasets are provided for the dominant and nondominant feet.
