WMS service of the urban development plan “Silcherstrasse_1” of the municipality of Bitz, transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.本数据集为针对比茨市镇（Bitz）城市开发规划「西尔歇尔大街1号（Silcherstrasse_1）」的网络地图服务（Web Map Service，WMS），其以5.0版本的XPlanung数据集为基础，并按照欧盟空间信息基础设施（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community，INSPIRE）规范完成转换处理。
