印尼是世界上最大的发展中国家之一。近年来印尼经济社会发展迅速，目前印尼人口总量位列全球第四，经济总量有望数年内跃居全球前十。印尼政府当前十分重视可持续发展工作，将印尼社会各领域议程积极与联合国可持续发展目标挂钩，并指导跨国企业践行可持续投资。可以说，从政府到民间，对可持续投资和良好环境、社会、治理（ESG）的预期和监督都在加强，这体现在各界对本地化生产、良好社群族群关系、真实可信的气候和生物多样性足迹、投资于人力资本提升等领域的格外重视。这对企业来说既是挑战，也是新的发展机遇。

在此背景下，我们组织研究团队对近五年来在印尼中国投资的主要项目进行了梳理，并对涉及ESG领域的问题进行了一定程度的分析。基于此，我们整理出中国企业在印尼投资环境社会影响数据集（2021-2025）。该数据集以投资项目为单位，入选标准为1）项目投资金额不小于100万美元；2）至少25%项目投资额来自于中国投资者；3）印尼为主要投资目的地；4）投资发生于2021-2025年。目前该数据集第一版已经发布，其中包括符合入选标准的110+项目信息。该数据集将定期更新，包括更多符合入选标准的项目信息。我们力图呈现客观

Indonesia is one of the largest developing countries worldwide. In recent years, Indonesia has achieved rapid economic and social development. Currently, it ranks fourth globally in total population, and its gross economic output is projected to climb into the world's top 10 within a few years. The Indonesian government attaches great importance to sustainable development, actively aligns the agendas of all domestic sectors with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and guides multinational enterprises to carry out sustainable investment practices. It can be said that from the government to the general public, expectations and supervision over sustainable investment as well as sound Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) practices are continuously strengthening. This is reflected in the particular emphasis placed by all sectors on localized production, harmonious community and ethnic relations, credible climate and biodiversity footprints, and investment in human capital enhancement. This poses both challenges and new development opportunities for enterprises. Against this backdrop, our research team sorted out major Chinese-invested projects in Indonesia over the past five years and conducted a preliminary analysis of issues related to the ESG field. Based on this work, we compiled the *Dataset on Social and Environmental Impacts of Chinese Enterprises' Investments in Indonesia (2021-2025)*. This dataset takes individual investment projects as the basic unit, with the following selection criteria: 1) The project's total investment amount is no less than 1 million USD; 2) At least 25% of the project's investment comes from Chinese investors; 3) Indonesia serves as the primary investment destination; 4) The investment was made between 2021 and 2025. Currently, the first edition of this dataset has been released, covering information of more than 110 eligible projects.
