Decoding the Antimicrobial resistance mechanism

Decoding AMR mechanism is the article about the mechanism that makes a microbe resistant against drugs. Here two case studies are provided BlaTEM and pbp2a protein as a resistant conferring proteins and from there detection to mechanism everything is explained with help od bioniformatic tools and in silico techniques with highliting major structural components, catalytic domains, residues and active site for drug hydrolysis and drug inactivation. It also highlights the future directions of integration of bioinformatics in Antimicrobial resistant.
