The Housing Strategy Statistical Appendix (HSSA) is a statistical return to support the LA's annual Housing Strategy. It is mainly basic and policy orientated data on all tenures within each local authority's own geographical area and covers a wide range of information such as: Dwelling Stock and Vacants, Waiting lists, Lettings and Homelessness, Houses in Multiple Occupation, Capital Expenditure and Receipts, and Cash Incentive Schemes, Private Sector Housing Renewal Assistance and Provision of Affordable Housing. The Housing Strategy Statistical Appendix (HSSA), the Business Plan Statistical Appendix (BPSA) and the local authority housing sales monitoring (P1B) forms were replaced by the Local Authority Housing Statistics.住房战略统计附录（Housing Strategy Statistical Appendix，HSSA）是用于支撑地方当局（Local Authority，LA）年度住房战略的统计报送报表。该数据集主要涵盖各地方当局辖区内所有住房保有形式的基础数据与政策导向型数据，涉及信息范围广泛，包括：住宅存量与空置住宅、住房申请轮候名单、房屋出租与无家可归情况、多户合租住宅（Houses in Multiple Occupation）、资本支出与收入、现金奖励计划、私营部门住房翻新援助以及保障性住房供应等。此前，住房战略统计附录（HSSA）、业务计划统计附录（Business Plan Statistical Appendix，BPSA）以及地方当局住房销售监测（P1B）表格，均已被地方当局住房统计数据所取代。
