资源简介:
This SuperSeries is composed of the SubSeries listed below. The data represent functional transcriptomic profiles of the oncogenic fusion transcription factor EWS/FLI. Refer to individual Series. Briefly, EWS/FLI was depleted from A673 cells using RNAi and its function was rescued with the following mutants: wildtype EWS/FLI - positive control for rescue delta22 - negative control for rescue; the functional EWS domain is deleted DAF - contains 17 tyrosine to alanine mutations in the N-terminal portion of the EWS domain mut9 - contains a deletion of residues 83-246 of the EWS domain DAF-mut9 - contains a deletion of residues 83-246 of the EWS domain and 9 tyrosine to alanine mutations in residues 1-83. Experiment 1 includes: iLuc/empty vector rescue (No EWS/FLI depletion), iEF/empty vector rescue (EWS/FLI depletion with no rescue, iEF/wtEF (rescue with wildtype EWS/FLI), iEF/delta22 (rescue with delta22), and iEF/DAF (rescue with DAF) Experiment 1 includes: iLuc/empty vector rescue (No EWS/FLI depletion), iEF/empty vector rescue (EWS/FLI depletion with no rescue, iEF/wtEF (rescue with wildtype EWS/FLI), iEF/delta22 (rescue with delta22), iEF/DAF (rescue with DAF), iEF/mut9 (rescue with mut9), and iEF/DAF-mut9 (rescue with DAF-mut9).
