Region was included as a categorical fixed effect. Dev: deviance; LL: log likelihood; AICc: Akaike’s information criterion corrected for small sample sizes; ΔAICc: change in AIC between the best and candidate model. The null (intercept only) and full (all factors of interest) models are also listed.
