Analysis of fucoidan-induced global transcriptional changes in bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) using RNA-Seq technology

To investigate the fucoidan-induced global alteration of signalling pathways, we prepared bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) and treated them with fucoidan. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using RNA-seq data from 6 different cells at one time point. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for fucoidan-treated and vehicle (0.04% DMSO)-treated BMDC cells.
