Single cell RNAseq of human ILCs to investigate potential heterogeneity within ILC subsets Overall design: ILC2s (Lin-CD127+CRTH2+), ILC3s (Lin‒ CRTH2‒ c-Kit+) and CD56high NK cells isolated from human peripheral blood by cell sorter and mixed at 8:1:1 ratio. Total 4264 cells were analyzed using the microfluidics based single-cell RNAseq platform (scRNA-seq).
