Ig-sequencing (IgA-SEQ) of fecal bacteria in stunted and non-stunted children: AFRIBIOTA project

The AFRIBIOTA project is a multi-site population study of the intestinal microbiota in child chronic undernutrition. This project examined recognition of the fecal microbiota by host antibody (immunoglobulin A and G) in 200 stunted and nonstunted children aged 2-5 years old from Madagascar and the Central African Republic. 16S rRNA sequencing of the IgA+, IgA-, IgG+ and IgG- sorted samples is deposited here.
