Rivers selected for setting up CAP environmental cover. Watercourses or portion of watercourses to be bordered by grassed strips under good agricultural and environmental conditions, defined by prefectural decree. These rivers are defined in the inter-ministerial circular Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046 of 27 September 2005, pursuant to the Order of 12 January 2005 for the application of Articles R.615-10 and R.615-12 of the Rural Code and on environmental cover and rotation rules.为实施共同农业政策（Common Agricultural Policy, CAP）环境覆盖措施而选定的河流，系指由省府政令界定的、需在良好农业与环境条件下布设草本植被带作为边界的河道或河段。上述河流的界定依据2005年9月27日发布的部际通告Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046，该通告落实了2005年1月12日颁布的、用于实施《乡村法典》第R.615-10条与第R.615-12条及环境覆盖与轮作规则的行政命令。
