The last two decades have witnessed the successful construction of plentiful π-conjugated macrocycles with complex topologies and aesthetic structures due to the increasingly sophisticated synthetic technology. At present, the examples of application for this family of molecules are still limited, especially for the fields of optoelectronic devices, albeit possessing many advantages, like large inner cavity, constrained conformation, absence of terminal groups, etc. Utilizing the structural characteristics of conjugated macrocycles and introducing heteroatoms to tune their electrical and optical properties, we synthesize a series of conjugated macrocycles and explore their applications on supramolecular assembly

在过去二十年里,随着合成技术的日益精湛,成功构建了众多π-共轭大环化合物,这些化合物拥有复杂的拓扑结构和审美价值。尽管此类分子的应用实例仍较为有限,尤其是在光电子器件领域,然而它们具备诸多优势,如巨大的内腔、受限的构象、无末端基团等。通过利用共轭大环的结构特性,并引入杂原子以调节其电学和光学性质,我们合成了一系列共轭大环化合物,并探索了其在超分子组装中的应用。
