Oral cancer cell CCK8 and Scratch Assay

The data shows the results of experiments conducted to assess the effect of a plant lectin on oral cancer cell proliferation and migration, using the CCK8 assay and scratch assay, respectively. Varying concentrations of the plant lectin were used along with an untreated and positive control. Three technical replicates and three biological replicates were included in each experiment.本数据集呈现了评估植物凝集素（plant lectin）对口腔癌细胞增殖与迁移影响的实验结果，实验中分别采用CCK8检测法（CCK8 assay）与划痕实验（scratch assay）完成对应指标的检测。本次实验设置了不同浓度的植物凝集素处理组，并辅以未处理对照组与阳性对照组。每个实验均包含3次技术重复与3次生物学重复。
