The Central Darling Basin seismic survey was conducted in 2021 by Coal Innovation NSW (CINSW) in collaboration with Geoscience Australia and the Geological Survey of New South Wales in the Central Darling Basin, north of Wilcannia, NSW. The primary aim of the survey was to contribute structural and other information to identify potential CO2 storage sites in the Pondie Range and Poopelloe Troughs of the Darling Basin. The acquisition and processing of the data was funded by CINSW.
