Genotyping-by-sequencing of Facchinia (Caryophyllaceae). Facchinia

This study is focused on the phylogenetic relationships in the European high mountain genus Facchinia. By using genotyping-by-sequencing the evolutionary history of Facchinia is investigated and the first comprehensive phylogeny of the genus is provided.
