Define the transcriptome of fibroblasts perturbed for GLIS3 in response to fibrotic stimuli. Overall design: IL-11mNG CRISPRko Ctrl/Glis3KO, and IL-11mNG CRISPRa Ctrl/Glis3A fibroblasts were treated with a combination of TGFb and IL1b (10ng/ml) over a timecourse of 24 hours. Cells were collected, RNA isolated, and submitted for bulk RNA-seq.
