Molecular Characterization by Multilocus Sequence Typing and Diversity Analysis of Rickettsia asembonensis in Peru
收藏资源简介:
Dataset of five Rickettsia asembonensis DNA Specimens Used for Multilocus Sequence Typing Characterization. We selected five ectoparasite DNA samples that were Rick17b and Rasemb positive from two sites: Iquitos and Puerto Maldonado, Peru, from cats and dogs, and two ectoparasite type: Ctenocephalides felis and Ctenocephalides canis, These five specimens were obtained from two previous studies: Kocher C, Morrison AC, Leguia M, Loyola S, et al. Rickettsial disease in the Peruvian Amazon Basin. PLoS Negl Trop Dis 2016; 10:e0004843.; Salmon-Mulanovich G, Simons MP, Flores-Mendoza C, Loyola S, et al. Seroprevalence and risk factors for rickettsia and leptospira infection in Four Ecologically Distinct Regions of Peru. Am J Trop Med Hyg 2019; 100:1391–1400.
