资源简介:
TRAPseq was performed on Drosophila melanogaster astrocytes at different stages of development to assess the changes in gene translation that occur in astrocytes at these different stages. Overall design: Ribosomes were tagged in astrocytes using flies which expressed elaV-Gal80 and alrm-Gal4, UAS-EGFP-L10a. Ribsosomes were pulled down using GFP antibodies and the associated transcripts were isolated. Each sample contains 200 pooled fly heads; males and females were both used. Samples were isolated from flies at 4 timepoints: 48-72hr after puparium formation (P), 1-3 days post-eclosion (13), 10-12 days post-eclosion (1012) and 50-60 days post-eclosion (5060).
