LSD1/KDM1A Maintains Genome-wide Homeostasis of Transcriptional Enhancers [BrU-Seq]

We performed BrU-Seq after shRNA mediated depletion of Lsd1 in primary cultures of mouse cortical neurons. Overall design: Primary culture of CN were treated with 2 different Lsd1 shRNAs on 7 days in vitro in technical duplicates. 4 days later, the neurons were incubated with 2mM 5-Bromouridine for 32 min. Total RNA was isolated and BrU containing transcripts were enriched with anti-BrdU beads.
