Hydrogen peroxide treatment of Jurkat T lymphoma cells leads to upregulation of genes involved in intracellular signalling pathways

The transcriptomic response of Jurkat T lymphoma cells to hydrogen peroxide was investigated to determine the global effects of hydrogen peroxide on cellular gene expression. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Jurkat WT and Jurkat WT cells resuspended in PBS, treated with 10 µM hydrogen peroxide per 1 x 10^6 cells and harvested after 4 hours.
