New surface-plasmon-polariton-like acoustic surface waves at the interface between two semi-infinite media

The aim of the project is to develop new ultrasonic sensors with very high sensitivity.The obtained data will be used in the optimization and construction of the new sensor.The data are listed in the OpenDocument Spreadsheet format (.ods).The first column corresponds to the x-axis.The second column correspods to the y-axis.The data were obtained using a PC computer applying the Scilab software packet.
