This data comprises the human Kernel Flow2 recordings described in: Chekin, Y., Decker, D., Dehghani, H., Dubois, J., Field, R. M., Gopalakrishnan, V., Koch, E. M., Lerner, G., Aghajan, Z. There are two subjects, and three task types:
sub-001
- a finger tapping task
- a breath hold task
sub-002
- an auditory task
The data is provided as HbO and HbR concentrations, as can be downloaded from the "SNIRF: Hb Moments" pipeline on the Kernel Portal. The preprocessing steps applied to the data are described [here](https://docs.kernel.com/docs/data-export-pipelines).
