XPlanning data set BPL “Kirchmatt Part I”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the “Kirchmatt Part I” development plan of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: In the south and east, the area connects to the existing outskirts, forming a new outskirts in the north and west, which is again bounded by agricultural land.开发计划（BPL）包含了规范城市规划秩序且具有法律约束力的条款。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用计划为编制依据。本次可用数据集为采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的锡尔巴赫（Seelbach）市镇《基希马特第一部分》（Kirchmatt Part I）开发计划。数据说明：该地块南侧与东侧衔接现有城郊区域，北侧与西侧将形成新的城郊片区，该片区的外围同样以农用地为界。
