Integratives Gesundheitscoaching im Rahmen beruflicher Integration – Chancen und Grenzen Integrative coaching in context of vocational integration – possibilities an it´s oundary

„Integratives Gesundheitscoaching im Rahmen beruflicher Integration – Chancen und Grenzen" ist das Thema dieser Arbeit. Einleitend stehen der Begriff Gesundheit und eine Betrachtung zu Gesundheitscoaching im Fokus. In diesem Kontext stelle werden verschiedene Gesundheitsmodelle vorgestellt. Den Hauptteil bildet ein Praxisbeispiel aus meiner Berufspraxis als Diplompädagogin mit Gesundheitscoaching im Bildungsbereich der beruflichen Integration. In diesem Praxisbeispiel stelle ich dar, wie ich mit verschiedenen „Coaching-Tools“ ein Coaching gestaltet habe. "Integrative coaching in context of vocational integration – possibilities an it´s oundary” is theme of this essay. In the introductory section I describe the terms “health” and “health coaching”. Different concepts of health complete the theoretical part. The main body presents one example of my work in my function as graduate educator in handling with coaching-tools in vocational integration.
