Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Monitoring of housing construction according to Sitadel 1999

For building permits, all the events of the life of the project are followed in the Sitadel base, from the submission of the application to the completion of the works, i.e. to each movement affecting an application for authorisation: —the decision taken on the building authorisation (favourable, stay of proceedings, unfavourable, waiting), —the declaration of opening of the site (DOC) indicating the start of the work, —the declaration of completion (DAT) indicating the completion of the work, any changes made to the initial application, after authorisation or after the site has been opened, —the possible cancellation (abandonment of the project, recourse by third parties, etc.), after authorisation or after the construction site has been opened.针对建筑许可领域，Sitadel数据库（Sitadel base）将追踪项目全生命周期的所有事件，覆盖从许可申请提交至工程竣工的全流程，即所有对授权申请产生影响的变动情形，具体包括： — 建筑许可的审批决定（含准予许可、程序中止、不予许可、待审核）； — 用于表明工程开工的开工申报（Declaration of Opening of the Site，缩写DOC）； — 用于表明工程竣工的竣工申报（Declaration of Completion，缩写DAT）； — 获得许可或工程开工后，对初始申请作出的任何变更； — 获得许可或工程开工后，可能发生的撤销情形（如项目放弃、第三方申诉等）。
