The information contained in graphic documents of a PLU or POS urban planning document shall be added either for regulatory reasons or for information purposes: — the information which is to be annexed to the planning documents in accordance with Articles R123-13 and R123-14 of the Planning Code,- the information reported on the graphic documents for information purposes.PLU（地方城市规划文件，Plan Local d'Urbanisme）与POS（土地利用规划文件，Plan d'Occupation des Sols）类城市规划文件的规划图纸资料所包含的信息，应当出于合规监管或信息公示目的予以增补：其一为依据《城市规划法典》第R123-13条及第R123-14条规定，需附随于规划文件的相关信息；其二为出于信息公示目的刊载于该规划图纸资料中的相关信息。
