XPlanung dataset BPL “GE/GI “South II (Sandäcker)”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “GE/GI “South II (Sandäcker)” of the town of Stutensee from XPlanung 5.0. Description: B Plans 1. + 2. Amendment has been partially replaced by B-Plan “Restructuring Building Materials Retailer in South II/III”.开发规划（BPL）包含了规范城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的规制条款。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制基础。本次可用数据集为来自XPlanung 5.0平台的施图滕泽镇（Stutensee）的‘GE/GI “南二区（桑代克，Sandäcker）”’开发规划。说明：第1+2次修订的B类规划修正案，已部分被《南II/III区建材零售商重建方案》B类规划所替代。
