Root Development After Using Triple Antibiotic Paste for 2 Months in Traumatized Necrotic Immature Teeth, Without The Need For Blood Clot Formation: Case Report

This is a case report of traumatized, necrotic maxillary central incisors, the patient underwent regenerative endodontics treatment, after obtaining consent from the parent. Preoperative radiographs were obtained as well as after 2 months follow up after placing triple antibiotic paste inside the disinfected root canals. Root development was seen in one of the teeth after 2 months without inducing blood clot in the canals, thus CBCT was done to confirm the finding.本病例报告针对受创后坏死的上颌中切牙病例，患者在获得其监护人知情同意后接受了牙髓再生治疗。本次报告获取了术前X线片，以及在消毒根管内置入三联抗生素糊剂后2个月的随访X线片。术后2个月观察到其中一颗牙齿出现牙根发育，且未在根管内诱导血凝块形成，因此通过锥形束计算机断层扫描（CBCT）确认了该结果。
