The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Fichtenstraße” of the municipality of Edingen-Neckarhausen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: General residential area, Pure residential area, Village area, Priority use WA/WR/MD.开发计划（Development Plan，BPL）包含了规范城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的规划条款。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用计划为编制依据。本次可用数据集为埃丁根-内卡豪森（Edingen-Neckarhausen）市镇基于XPlanung 5.0标准编制的「菲希滕大街（Fichtenstraße）」开发计划。数据集说明：通用居住区、纯居住区、乡村片区，优先用途为WA/WR/MD。
