Civil Service Business Customer Survey Results 2016 Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

The results of a survey of business customers of the Civil Service was published in January 2017. The purpose of the survey was to assess the levels of satisfaction with, and perceptions of, the services provided by Civil Service Departments and major Offices (not including the
