we used the conventional microbial research methods of 16S rRNA gene sequencing technology to explore the similarities and differences of microorganisms in colon tumor tissues, in order to combined with flow data to prove that the different polarization direction of macrophages was caused by the different microorganisms accumulated in the tissues.
