We report the transcriptional changes induced by hypoxia and/or lactate on bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) Overall design: Untreated macrophages as well as macrophages treated with lactate, cultured in hypoxia (1% oxygen) or both were cultured in vitro. Then total mRNA was sequenced.
