Physical profile data of Lake Qiandaohu in the spring and summer in 2014

The data were used in the paper entitled of "Variations in subsurface chlorophyll maximum during thermal stratification in a large, deep subtropical reservoir". These data were collected from Lake Qiandaohu in the May and July 2014, the number of samples were 120. Shared data include the SCM(μg/L), SCM_Depth(m), SCM_thickness(m),TDN(mg/L), TDP(mg/L), MLD(m), Zeu(m) and Thermocline bottom depth (m).本数据集应用于题为《大型深水亚热带水库热分层期间水下叶绿素最大值的变化》的研究论文。这些数据采集于2014年5月与7月的千岛湖，样本总数为120份。共享数据集包含以下参数：水下叶绿素最大值（Subsurface Chlorophyll Maximum, SCM，单位：μg/L）、水下叶绿素最大值层深度（SCM_Depth，单位：m）、水下叶绿素最大值层厚度（SCM_thickness，单位：m）、总溶解氮（Total Dissolved Nitrogen, TDN，单位：mg/L）、总溶解磷（Total Dissolved Phosphorus, TDP，单位：mg/L）、混合层深度（Mixed Layer Depth, MLD，单位：m）、真光层深度（Euphotic Zone, Zeu，单位：m）以及温跃层底部深度（单位：m）。
