The dataset is related to the clinical study. Data on Leishmania-positive and Leishmania-negative clinical samples will be obtained from the diagnostic routine at IRCCS-AOUBO, including real-time PCR data, and will be compared with results obtained by employing the newly developed platform based on oligo-DNA probes. The data were generated in the framework of the Horizon Europe project ECLIPSE.
