资源简介:
We deleted Arginase 1 in myeloid cells in a spontaneous pancreatic cancer mouse model. We sequenced the spontaneous pancreatic tumor generated by an 11-month-old KF mouse (Ptf1aFlpO/+;KrasFrt-STOP-Frt-G12D/+) and an 11-month-old KFCA mouse (Ptf1aFlpO/+;KrasFrt-STOP-Frt-G12D/+;LysMcre;Arg1f/f). Single cell RNA sequencing revealed macrophage reprogramming and increase CD8+ T cell infiltration upon deletion of Arginase 1 in myeloid cells. This 10X Genomics single cell RNA sequencing repository includes raw and processed data files from a KF and KFCA pancreatic tumor. Single cell cDNA libraries were prepared and sequenced at the University of Michigan Advanced Genomics Core using the 10x Genomics platform. The sample was run using 50 paired-end cycle reads on NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina) to a depth of 100,000 reads. Alignment was performed by the University of Michigan Advanced Genomics Core. Parameters include Cell Ranger version 4.0.0 (default settings) with an initial expected cell count of 10,000.
