攻克了竹基复合材料难以应用于建筑结构、车船制造等承载型用途难关,开发了4种新材料、5项新工艺和7台(套)关键技术装备:1)首次提出“竹材原态重组”理念,开发出2种竹材原态重组材料制造技术及关键装备:竹材弧形原态重组材料和竹材原态多方重组材料,静曲强度(MOR∥)达到140MPa,其物理力学性能优于普通实木 2)创新开发出竹质OSB的制造技术,竹质OSB材料静曲强度(MOR∥)为35.1MPa、弹性模量(MOE∥)为5070MPa,承载性能优于《定向刨花板》(LY/T1580-2000)最高等级OSB/4标准 3)首次研发出大规格竹篾积成材制造技术,材料静曲强度(MOR∥)为151.6MPa、弹性模量(MOE∥)为17793MPa,承载性能优于《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法 》(GB/T17657-1999)标准 4)创新开发出竹材对剖联丝重组材料制造技术,材料静曲强度(MOR∥)为98MPa、弹性模量(MOE∥)为5800MPa,承载性能优于《汽车车厢底板用竹材胶合板 》(LY/T1055-2002)标准。 主要成果:4台(套)新装备经国家林业局鉴定为“技术创新性较强,处于国际先进水平”,3台(套)新装备经湖南省鉴定为“填补了国内空白,产品技术达到国内领先水平”,1项新工艺经湖南省鉴定为“居国内同类研究领先水平” 3台(套)关键技术装备被认定省级新产品,4项新成果在省部级科技部门登记 获得授权发明专利7项、实用新型专利11项 制订行业标准3项,颁布实施企业标准2项 通过国家级产品、生产线检验、检测15项 出版专著1部,发表论文38篇 科技查新8项 培养博培养博士后1名、博士4名、硕士12 名和一批科研骨干,形成一支较稳定的高水平科研队伍。 研究成果在江苏镇江中福马机械有限公司、山东青岛国森机械有限公司、安徽宁国中集竹木制品有限公司、湖南恒盾集团有限公司及浙江诸暨光裕竹业有限公司等10多家企业推广应用,已建成3个设备制造基地,6条生产线,直接提供近3000个就业岗位。近3 年,新增产值155040万元,新增利润18744万元,新增税收10555.4万元。 本项目属于农林非木质材料制造技术,特色鲜明,延长业链,培育竹产区新的经济增长点,带动了广大竹产区经济的发展,在林产工业升级中发挥了重大作用,取得显著经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。

This project overcame the technical bottleneck that bamboo-based composites were difficult to be applied in load-bearing fields such as construction structures, vehicle and ship manufacturing. Four new materials, five new processes and seven sets of key technical equipment were developed: 1) For the first time, the concept of "in-situ restructuring of bamboo" was proposed, and two manufacturing technologies and key equipment for bamboo in-situ restructuring materials were developed: bamboo curved in-situ restructuring material and bamboo multi-directional in-situ restructuring material. The modulus of rupture (parallel, MOR∥) reached 140 MPa, and its physical and mechanical properties were better than those of ordinary solid wood. 2) An innovative manufacturing technology for bamboo OSB was developed. The MOR∥ of bamboo OSB material was 35.1 MPa, and the modulus of elasticity (parallel, MOE∥) was 5070 MPa. Its load-bearing performance exceeded the highest-grade OSB/4 standard specified in "Oriented Strand Board" (LY/T 1580-2000). 3) For the first time, the manufacturing technology of large-specification bamboo strip laminated lumber was developed. The MOR∥ of the material was 151.6 MPa, and the MOE∥ was 17793 MPa. Its load-bearing performance exceeded the standard specified in "Test Methods for Physical and Chemical Properties of Wood-Based Panels and Decorated Wood-Based Panels" (GB/T 17657-1999). 4) An innovative manufacturing technology for bamboo split-paired silk recombination material was developed. The MOR∥ of the material was 98 MPa, and the MOE∥ was 5800 MPa. Its load-bearing performance exceeded the standard specified in "Bamboo Plywood for Automobile Cargo Floor" (LY/T 1055-2002). Major Achievements: Four sets of new equipment were appraised by the National Forestry and Grassland Administration as "strong in technological innovation, reaching international advanced level"; three sets of new equipment were appraised by Hunan Province as "filling domestic gaps, with product technology reaching domestic leading level"; one new process was appraised by Hunan Province as "ranking leading level in domestic similar research". Three sets of key technical equipment were recognized as provincial-level new products; four new achievements were registered by provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological departments. 7 invention patents and 11 utility model patents were authorized. 3 industry standards were formulated, and 2 enterprise standards were promulgated and implemented. 15 national-level product and production line inspections and tests were passed. 1 monograph was published, and 38 academic papers were published. 8 scientific and technological novelty searches were conducted. 1 postdoctoral fellow, 4 doctoral candidates, 12 master candidates and a number of scientific research backbones were trained, forming a relatively stable high-level scientific research team. The research results were popularized and applied in more than 10 enterprises including Zhenjiang Zhongfuma Machinery Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu), Qingdao Guosen Machinery Co., Ltd. (Shandong), Ningguo Zhongji Bamboo & Wood Products Co., Ltd. (Anhui), Hunan Hengdun Group Co., Ltd. and Zhuji Guangyu Bamboo Industry Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang). Three equipment manufacturing bases and six production lines have been built, directly providing nearly 3000 jobs. In the past three years, the newly added output value reached 1,550.4 million yuan, newly added profit was 187.44 million yuan, and newly added tax was 105.554 million yuan. This project belongs to agroforestry non-wood material manufacturing technology, with distinct characteristics. It extends the industrial chain, cultivates new economic growth points in bamboo-producing areas, drives the economic development of vast bamboo-producing areas, plays a significant role in the upgrading of forest product industry, and has achieved remarkable economic, social and ecological benefits.
