Spore Viability

Viability of spores after being in contact with varying concentrations of ROS. Spores were counted as either alive or dead in one 'field of view'.孢子与不同浓度活性氧（Reactive Oxygen Species，ROS）接触后的存活能力。在单个视场（field of view）中，将孢子划分为存活或死亡两类进行计数。
