VPRS 16022 General Correspondence Files, Alpha-Numeric System

This series comprises correspondence files maintained by the Council. The files contain inward and copies of outward correspondence relating to all functions undertaken by the Council.There is considerable overlapping of dates with files of the same title.Correspondence that pre-dated this record keeping system was top-numbered into this system.
