Jining Grey goat is famous for its sexual precocity. Animal hypothalamus is the key centrum in the process of puberty initiation. In this study, the differential expressed genes' methylation levels of hypothalamus between Juvenile and pubertal goats were evaluated by its Epigenomics analysis.
