Analysis of Chromosome VIII of EC-C1 strains (S. cerevisiae)

The genomic DNA of rearranged chromosome VIII (~900kb) of EC9 diploid strain was extracted from the gel of pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE), and analyzed by array-CGH to identify it's amplified regions从脉冲场凝胶电泳（PFGE）的凝胶中提取EC9二倍体菌株重排八号染色体（约900kb）的基因组DNA，并通过阵列比较基因组杂交（array-CGH）对其进行分析，以鉴定其中的扩增区域。
