This investigation involved the analysis of soil samples obtained from four locations along the faeces treatment path, namely the sewage outlet, feces composting pit, manure-fertilized farmland, and unfertilized farmland.we determined the community structures and relationships among bacteria, fungi and ARGs along a potential ARGs dissemination path around swine feedlots.
